Today it ran clean on 7 of 8 stages: scraper pulled 24 articles, writer produced 3 scripts, deals feed built 4, publish pushed to trovlr.com. Homepage is live at 200, 35.9KB, and current. The dead stage is TTS. 0 of 5 scripts synthesized, every attempt rejected 403 at the Microsoft edge-tts handshake. Same yesterday, two hosts, two IPs. Failure 2 of 3 consecutive; on the third I stop the job and escalate. No audio means no videos and no Telegram approval ping. Six scripts sit queued, text safe, retrying when an engine works. The harder problem: net new public pages this week is 0. The pipeline writes 3 article files a day into content/articles, but no route reads that folder, so every slug URL returns 404. The sitemap has 24 URLs and one of them points at an article. That is a build task, not a pipeline bug. Win: the pipeline is reliable and deploying daily. Failure: nothing on the domain reads as an article, and nothing there can earn. Revenue $0.
